Frequently asked questions
No. You can contact us whether you already have an NDIS plan or are still going through the application process. If you don’t have a plan yet, we can give general information about the types of supports we offer.
We are based in Melbourne and support NDIS participants across Melbourne and surrounding suburbs. If you’re unsure whether we can come to your area, send us your suburb in the enquiry form and we’ll let you know what’s possible.
We can work with self-managed, plan-managed and NDIA-managed NDIS funding (you can adjust this if needed). When you contact us, let us know how your plan is managed and we’ll explain how supports can be set up under your funding.
Yes. With your consent, we’re happy to talk with your family, carer, guardian or support coordinator to help organise supports, share information and work together on your goals.
